So a little backstory: Monkey Hill was actually built in the 1930s by the Works Progress Administration to show the children of New Orleans what a hill looked like. Now, the bar, located near Audubon Park Uptown, is selling premium cocktails and creations for the people of New Orleans. The bar is cozy with one pool table and plush sofas and couches. But their drinks and martini menu is where the money is. I recommend the Cupcake-tini because it’s yummy. Shaken together is Smirnoff Whipped, Amaretto, Godiva White Chocolate liquer, white Crème de Cacao, and cream, topped off with chocolate syrup and sprinkles. It taste like an adult cupcake and is gonna look so cute in your Instagram pictures. Go Monday through Friday 3-8PM to get a dollar off the Cupcake-tini as well as beer, wine and cocktails.

Well those are my suggestions folks. If you know any places I should visit and drink (believe me, I won’t put a fight), tell me all about it in our Comments section! In the meantime, Happy Happy Houring!
